Best Sugar Cookies

I just found this recipe recently and I LOVE it!  Everyone who has tried these has said they are the best sugar cookies ever.  I agree.  Easy to roll out and so super soft.  The plain yogurt adds the best flavor and moisture.  So good.

1 C Butter
2 C sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 C plain yogurt
2 eggs
5 C Flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder

Mix wet ingredients together.  Mix dry ingredients separately and add slowly.  Roll out and cut.  Bake at 375 for 5-7 minutes.

Cream Cheese Frosting
1/2 c Cream Cheese
1/2 c Butter
1 tsp vanilla or almond flavor whichever you like best
2 cups Powdered sugar

Mix together and add color if you want.
