Simple Life

It is -10 degrees outside.  There is snow covering my town.  School is canceled.  Needless to say, we are snowed in.  I think the proper post today while I am forced to stay home, which is something I don't do very often, is to focus on Audrey's simple life.  She liked to be at home.  She liked to be alone.  She loved to sit out in nature and just meditate.  I believe meditation can do amazing things.  I, however, don't get much time to meditate being a mother.   I think when you meditate you are able to clear your mind.  You are able to put aside worries you might have.  You are able to sort things out and reset your priorities.  Some might call meditation, prayer.  I think either way you look at it you can be enlightened and find answers to questions by doing this.  Click here to see different types of meditation and try one of them.  You will be surprised by its power. 

So what should you wear on a day like this?  It sounds fabulous to curl up in your PJ's all day, sit in front of the fire and watch your favorite shows or read your favorite book, right?  So you should, but make sure they are cute PJ's or sweats.  I know some people find it hard to get cute loungewear when they are really tall.  Nothing is long enough right?  Here is where you can find some great loungewear that comes in Tall sizes.

So go and meditate and enjoy the cold weather inside in your cute loungewear.  When you look good you feel good.  This is how Audrey relaxes and meditates.
