DIY projects

This is some of the reasons I have not blogged very much lately.

 I decided to make my Daughters Witch hat for this halloween.  I think it turned out pretty cute.

 I made this bench from scratch.  It was pretty easy.  It is not able to be sat on yet but we are working on it. I love it and how it looks in my loft.

 This is what this chair looked like before.  It was stained and not very fun so one night I started ripping it apart.  I took pictures on my phone along the way so I would remember how it worked. This is the finished product.

I love it in my bedroom.  I wish the legs and arms were black and maybe I'll paint it someday.

 I was annoyed with the pillows and colors on my bed so I decided to make these and just have white everywhere else.  Still working on getting a white duvet.

This used to just be brown leather.  If you can't tell, I am boycotting brown.  I hate it and it makes me sad and feels dreary.  Greys blacks and whites make me happy.  I love how this turned out and now it can be at the foot of my bed.
